We’re now under a week away from the emergency budget on 22nd June and while catching up with the news this week it doesn’t paint a rosy picture for our industry! The restrictions on ‘Garden Grabbing’ and the impending public sector cuts are predicted to result in the lowest quantity of new builds since 1900!
On the flip side, the announcement from the new coalition government to commit to improving the energy efficiency of existing homes could unlock a new market worth between £3.5bn and £6.5bn each year for the RMI market.
It’s difficult to predict exactly what effect any changes will have on the construction industry but one thing that is certain is that with your HBXL software it gives you a competitive, professional advantage over those without, and just as our motto of ‘your partner in success’ suggests, we’re embarking on a 3 year development plan to bring you even more useful software tools to stay ahead.
