HBXL software - Taking the pain out of Health and Safety

That’s the shock result of a survey carried out by building software specialists HBXL and highlights the huge task facing regulators prior to the introduction of the new Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations in April 2007.

The survey also revealed some rather interesting interpretations of what builders think CDM means including Cost, Delivery, Motion; Critical Damage Maintenance; Compact Disk Module; and Cadbury’s Dairy Milk!

The implementation of the new CDM Regulations means that all building companies, no matter how big or small, will have to adhere to the new laws being introduced in April 2007 and that is why the team at HBXL are urging all builders to get themselves ready.

Because of this HBXL is launching a CDM 2007 compliant version of its Health and Safety Xpert software. This means that when the new regulations are enforced in April this year, builders across the country will be able to stay right up to date with their obligations on all health and safety issues.

Having radically improved the way builders approach their legal health and safety obligations, Health & Safety Xpert™ saves builders huge amounts of time, quickly quiding them through crucial paperwork that’s required under current UK law, including the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations 2007.

Health & Safety Xpert™ was recently awarded the Top Product award for 2006 by Professional Builder Magazine.
