Simply enter dimensions into the diagram such as the height and length of the wall and EstimatorXpress accurately calculates all the resources you need such as bricks and blocks, sand and cement, labour and plant…No guesswork. Nothing is missed.

A roof can be done in just 5 minutes by simply amending the dimensions on the picture. EstimatorXpress knows how to build and so will automatically set wall widths to 300mm and rafter centre’s to 400mm but you can change this to reflect your job exactly for total accuracy.

The slab can be estimated in no time at all for any shape of floor by entering in your dimensions.

EstimatorXpress is an all in 1 package that will do all your renovation work estimating too. This Internal Renovator allows you to input dimensions and answer Yes/No questions for doing the entire room from the architraves to the skirting board

We know that labour rates can vary significantly within any one town, city or area and so it's important that you have the flexibility to easily update the rates to reflect your business.
Choose to pay your men on day rates, hourly, per unit - the choice is yours!

Amending your labour price book is a quick 10 minute job. Just highlight the labour resource and confirm how much you pay them – then every job will use your rates for complete accuracy. You can use either an hourly rate, day rate – or simply priced work. You choose.
