A new 3D PhotoVisuliserTM has been launched enabling builders to instantly transform 2D plans into jaw dropping, fully rendered 3D models.

Using state-of-the-art 3D rendering technology in one click users will be able to turn customers’ plans into stunning 3D rendered photo realistic images and place the image onto their own photograph landscape of the site being developed.
As a result, customers will see their house brought to life and it will also help with planning applications when required to submit a model of the project in situ.  And it couldn’t be simpler! Available through HBXL’s PlansXPress, this new plug-in comes hot on the heels of version 3 of the award-winning CAD-based software.

It only takes one click within PlansXpress to automatically generate the 3D model with textures and materials being ‘dragged’ onto the model to show incredible detail and realism.
The level of detail generated has already been likened to that seen on the X-Box gaming console and builders are now being advised to take a look at the technology in order to steal a march on their competitors.
