Buy your software outright at any time!
If you decide at some point during your pay as you go agreement that you want to own the software that’s no problem. You can pay off the rest of your payments in one go, along with a 10% admin fee and it’s yours. Here’s an example:

Total cost of Package over 3 years is £1,842

If you had already paid £283.38 (deposit and 3 months rent)

The Total amount outstanding would be £1,558.62

A 10% admin charge of the outstanding amount would be £28.34
So the total amount due to buy out of the contract would be £1,558.62 + £28.34 = £1, 586.96

The small print explained:

The software and service price is calculated over 3 years, therefore it is fixed for the 3 year duration of the rental agreement.

We know your situation can change though, so you can cancel your agreement at any time as long as you give us 3 months notice (90 days) in writing.

If one of your payments is not successfully received then we will have to switch your software off. We will however make every effort to advise you before this occurs. If that’s not what you wanted we can turn it back on but for a reactivation charge of £99 + VAT.

You may purchase the software at anytime by paying a charge of 10% of the fees paid as well as the rest of your outstanding payments.

You cannot transfer the Software and Service to anyone else unless agreed in writing.
