CIA is sold with a free copy for your accountant, which Clip It Solutions can install for them. Then come your year end, all you need to do is provide your accountant with a backup of your data.

Can CIA be purchased using a rental plan?
Yes CIA can be purchased as part of a rental plan which we will help you to set up with our partners Clip It Solutions and will run over a 3 year period. Is training offered on CIA?
CIA has been designed to be simple to use. However, you can get both on-line and on-site training for CIA and PAYE Plus to make sure that the transition to your new accounts software is simple and easy. On-site training will involve a highly skilled trainer coming to your office for 6 hours and teaching you how to use CIA.

What regulations do I need to know about in 2010?
There are 3 key changes you need to prepare for in 2010. CIA Accounts will do all of this for you quickly and easily so if you're not prepared and need an accounting software package that knows the quirks of the construction industry, then you need CIA. The legislation changes in 2010 are:
- Online filing for employers' PAYE forms
ALL employers, including employers with fewer than 50 employees must file their end of year forms ONLINE by April 2010 at the very latest. Filing in-year forms online will only become compulsory from April 2011 onwards HOWEVER, if you start filing your end of year forms online before these deadlines, you can claim tax-free payments! - Forthcoming changes to VAT and Corporation Tax
From April 2010 you will ONLY be able to manage your VAT and Corporation Tax affairs online. CIA Accounts, using the VAT Online service, helps to file your VAT returns quickly and make electronic payments. - VAT Rate back to 17.5%
On January 1st 2010 the standard rate of VAT reverts back to 17.5 per cent
