England’s finest really has become No.1!
EstimatorXpress user, Nick Orchard has been voted Britain’s No.1 Tradesman! This is great achievement for the Bristol based Director of England’s finest Property Services Ltd.
The search was country wide and received over 600 entries from tradesmen across a whole range of different trades including builders, plumbers, electricians, painters, decorators, glaziers, roofers and landscape gardeners.
Being a HBXL software user we were keen to catch up with Nick to congratulate him, find out more about his award and ask the important questions (to us!)…did the software help?
Nick confirms that he uses EstimatorXpress for every job, including the cellar transformation that won him the title. Running a professional business is clearly important to Nick which is reflected in everything from the look of his vans, the presentation of past jobs and the quality of the quote he produces for customers.
Nick says: “Customers compliment me on the impressive manner in which I produce my Quotations. They say they are the most professional and in depth they have received and this is all thanks to HBXL software.”

Nick is now going to start using PlansXpress to help him draw impress plans and layouts. He can even submit these plans for planning application submission. Also he will be able to produce building regulation compliant working drawings including sections and notes when he combines with his EstimatorXpress software.
