Installation assistance:
Where required, HBXL can provide on-site support to assist with the installation of software onto individual PCs and/or networks. If required on-site (group) training for teachers and lecturers can also be provided to give teachers and lecturers the chance to accelerate their own learning of the software.
Ongoing assistance:
We have a team of Account Managers and Support Staff in place to ensure that you and your College enjoy a personal service from HBXL. Support is provided over the telephone or via connection over the internet using LogMeIn technology to view and diagnose technical and user problems.
