Delivery
For just £6.99 ex VAT your order via the web will be delivered by Royal Mail directly to your home or office (the address you nominate in the UK). Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered from the date of web purchase.
Changed your mind about a purchase?
Please let us know immediately should you change your mind about your purchase. Your payment & order will normally be processed on the same working day if the order is placed before 3pm.
In accordance with the legal guidelines issued by the Department of Trade and Industry, HBXL will issue you with a full refund of the purchase price excluding any postage and packaging costs, should you change your mind about your purchase of HBXL software from House Builder XL Ltd (HBXL), and return the full product unopened and unused (in its original condition) including all documentation and packaging within 7 days from the day on which you received it.
Returned goods should be sent to the following address clearly indicating the invoice number:

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error.
We regret that once you have broken the seal on the software packaging and/or more than 7 days have passed since the day you received your software, we cannot accept product returns or issue refunds except under the Terms and Conditions of the Warranty as specified in the User Manual / Tutorial.
Replacement & Warranty
The Warranty is included in the cost of the software. HBXL warrants that all its software will perform substantially in accordance with the written terms and conditions as specified in the User Manual / Tutorial for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt.
In the event of HBXL sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must immediately return the original item to HBXL confirming the issue of the replacement item. Provided you return this item to us, you will have nothing more to pay. If you do not return the original item to us, we reserve the right to charge an amount for the replacement product.

Terms and conditions of Software with Hardware offers
HBXL reserve the right to change or withdraw offers at their absolute discretion. Offers are not typically available in conjunction with any other offers or pre-arranged discounts. HBXL advise that any bundled offer comprising both hardware and software under the terms of HBXL’s trading conditions are for the offer in its entirety (hardware and software). Returns will not be accepted on any other basis. Hardware and all software must be unopened and unused (in its original condition) including all documentation and packaging.
