Ordering and delivery
If you order over the phone we can normally deliver direct to your home or office within 24-48 hours from just £6.99 ex VAT by Royal Mail 1st class – if you order multiple products it will be a little more. If you order through our website, please allow up to 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered from the date of web purchase.
If you’d like guaranteed delivery next day we can do that too from £10.00 ex VAT through Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm.
Risk-free ordering and returns
We’ve tried to make things simple. You can order safely either via the website, over the phone or in person at an event. We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express.
Before you order your software we’d recommend you take a look at our software for yourself – check out our Demo Centre for all the ways you can see the software in action. Now you wouldn’t buy a car without test driving it would you!
If you change your mind, you can cancel or change your software order at any point prior to dispatch (which is normally 3pm on day of order). In addition, if you do not want your software for any reason, (within 7 days of delivery) you can send it back assuming you’ve not installed it! We will refund you in full (no quibble!) excluding the P&P.
If you’re not happy with your software or us and we can’t resolve your issue within 30 days of receiving your software, you can send back your software for a full refund – but please be nice, let our lovely Support Team try and fix your problem before you send your software back! If it comes to it, we’ll be big about it and there will be no charge whatsoever.*
Returned software should be sent to our address clearly indicating the invoice number – thanks!

Replacement & Warranty
The Warranty is included in the cost of the software. HBXL warrants that all its software will perform substantially in accordance with the written terms and conditions as specified in the User Manual / Tutorial for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt. The Warranty is included in the cost of the software. HBXL warrants that all its software will perform substantially in accordance with the written terms and conditions as specified in the User Manual / Tutorial for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt. In the event of HBXL sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must immediately return the original item to HBXL confirming the issue of the replacement item. Provided you return this item to us, you will have nothing more to pay. If you do not return the original item to us, we reserve the right to charge an amount for the replacement product.
Terms and conditions of Software with Hardware offers
HBXL reserve the right to change or withdraw offers at their absolute discretion. Offers are not typically available in conjunction with any other offers or pre-arranged discounts. HBXL advise that any bundled offer comprising both hardware and software under the terms of HBXL’s trading conditions are for the offer in its entirety (hardware and software). Returns will not be accepted on any other basis. Hardware and all software must be unopened and unused (in its original condition) including all documentation and packaging.
*A condition of our money back guarantee is that you must let our helpful support team get in touch to try and resolve any problems you are experiencing with the software and if and when required, allow them to log in to your computer using Logmein®.
