Got extra details about your projects specification you’d like us to include? Tell us on the Estimate request form and we’ll include them. Not got time for this? We’ll interpret your drawings and tell you about the estimate assumptions we’ve made.

Tell us your typical mark-up and client address and we’ll provide you with an oven ready quotation in word document format ready for you to provide your client!

What’s the turnaround?
We know that speed is absolutely of the essence, whilst ensuring absolute accuracy of your projects estimate.
The short answer is that it depends on the project type and size.
Small jobs 3-4 days, larger jobs max 7-10 days. We’ll confirm before we start.

Please note that your estimate files will be emailed to you at zero extra cost in Microsoft Word & Excel formats ready for you to print.

Should you require hard copies of your estimate files posted to you this costs an extra £14.99 + VAT on top of the standard estimate fees above.

Should you require your estimate files in EstimatorXpress file format this costs an extra £49.99 ex VAT on top of the standard estimate fees above and includes up to 1 hour with an HBXL Estimator to run through the project with you.
How do I get my estimate?
To achieve the speediest turnaround, please EMAIL your completed Estimate Request Form including payment with your drawings attached (we accept PDF / BMP /JPEGS drawings) to estimatingservice@hbxl.co.uk
Alternatively you can print off the Estimate Request Form (.PDF) and POST to:
